Love is the life blood of human happiness, our constant craving. Without it we suffer and wilt, with it we are freed and can grow.

We must understand something before we can ever love fully though. Love is not an external force, it should not be sought from an external source. Love is a condition built from within, admitabally it is helped by a favorable situation, but it should be felt from within first and then given to the external world and then love will be reflected back.

We will never find love or happiness if we look for it in another person, they cannot possibly fulfill our expectations. We cannot possibly give true love until it is true within us, otherwise we will constantly exhuast ourselves trying vainly to replicate love that does not exist within.

Take time alone, know yourself truly, forgive yourself wholly, begin to love yourself first. Give of this love later.
